What do stand up paddle board instructors do after Labor Day?
Stand up paddle board enthusiasts, take heart! Labor Day doesn’t have to be the end of the SUP season. Take it from Gina…
Paddle Diva is open, offering our popular Adventure Paddle Tours through October. Last year our offerings included:
- a nine-mile standup paddle tour of the Cartwright shoals, along bluffs and waterfences to Hands Creek Landing
- an exploration of the history and ecology of Sag Harbor with wildlife biologist Mike Bottini (author of “Exploring East End Waters: A Natural History and Paddling Guide“)
- a tour of Accabonac Harbor, including a leisurely loop around Wood Tick Island, past pristine shore line on the East End on Long Island with miles of undeveloped marshland.
- a paddle down the Peconic River, the longest river on Long Island.
Don’t be shy! There’s a tour that’s appropriate for everybody, and SUP beginner classes continue through the Fall. Check the schedule for days/times and to reserve a spot!
